These Terms and Conditions of Business will be incorporated in all contracts entered into between Woodspirits Natures Essentials and it's customers for the supply of goods to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

DESPATCH

Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability and workload. Essential Oils are subject to seasonal availability and, in some cases 28 days for delivery should be allowed. Low value and low weight items will be sent by Royal Mail. High value and parcels over 1.2Kg will normally be sent by carrier and will require signature.

PRICES

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. VAT is also applied to Postage & Packing. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice. All prices charged are those ruling at despatch.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

All claims for damages must be made in writing within THREE DAYS of receipt of goods. The purchaser must retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

RETURNS

No goods will be accepted back without permission from the Company. If there is no fault by the Company or no fault with the goods, they will be returned at the expense of the purchaser and proof of posting should be obtained.

Not withstanding any statutory obligations Woodspirits Natures Essentials operates an unconditional policy to accept return of goods provided:-

Goods are of a reusable nature and have not been manufactured to a specific requirement unless the cause of the return is a result of non-conformity to an agreed specification.

Goods have not been tampered with, contaminated or otherwise rendered unusable.

Goods are still contained within the original packaging and identifiable as being of our manufacture.

Woodspirits Natures Essentials. reserve the right to replace or credit the value of the goods returned at our discretion. The cost of return carriage will generally be at the Buyers cost.

DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE

Where delivery dates are given Woodspirits Natures Essentials cannot accept liability should these prove to be incorrect. Woodspirits Natures Essentials shall be under no liability as a result of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver. Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered but the Company cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of placing an order in such case equivalent alternative products or refund will be offered.

The Buyer shall inspect the goods within THREE DAYS after delivery and unless the Buyer gives notice in writing or by email within that period to Woodspirits Natures Essentials, specifying any defect in or proper object to the goods, it shall be presumed that the Buyer has examined the goods and found them to be complete and in accordance with their order and are in good condition and fit for the purpose for which they are required.

PROPERTY AND RISK

As essential oils come from all parts of the world, sometimes civil war, drought, economic collapse or other events may make certain items unobtainable. In these events, we reserve the right to supply alternative goods from different origins or species or a varied specification stated if necessary.

PRODUCT & PUBLIC LIABILITY

The Company cannot be held responsible for the misuse of its products by individual customers. Your placement of an order is an acknowledgement that you, the purchaser, take full responsibility for the use of the goods sold. All customers are deemed to have knowledge of the products purchased.

Suitability for the given purposes is not warranted by Woodspirits Natures Essentials the Buyer should satisfy themselves as to the suitability, performance and legality of use prior to using the goods. Consequential loss arising from these issues is not accepted by Woodspirits Natures Essentials and the liability is limited to the costs of goods supplied or replacement of the same.

PROPER LAW

English law shall ultimately govern any contract and both parties submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
